Planning and coordination with Council
Once the carving and artwork on your memorial are perfected, we initiate the planning phase. We work closely with Council authorities to schedule installation, ensuring adherence to local regulations and guidelines. Depending on the land's slope, our experienced team may undertake foundation levelling work to guarantee a stable and enduring installation.

Foundation work for stability
Our dedication to quality craftsmanship extends to the foundation work, ensuring the longevity of your tribute. The topography of the burial site plays a crucial role in our installation process. In areas without a berm, we offer reinforced concrete footing as an additional cost-effective solution, providing a good foundation for your memorial.

Timelines from design to installation
From the inception of planning to the final installation, our process typically spans about three months. However, if your memorial requires specifically designed work, this timeframe may extend to six to 12 months. Our patient and precise approach guarantees that each detail, from design intricacies to foundation stability, is addressed.

Installation by registered monumental masons
Opting for a professional installation is paramount, and some cemeteries insist on registered monumental masons for the job. Robinson Memorials takes pride in being a Founding Member of the New Zealand Master Monumental Masons Association (NZMMMA). Our membership guarantees adherence to the NZ Standard 4242, ensuring safety and professional workmanship.

Cost transparency and personalised options
The cost of memorial installation varies based on location and the extent of work needed for a secure installation. At Robinson Memorials, we value transparency and are happy to discuss installation options tailored to your needs. Our goal is to provide you with peace of mind, knowing that your memorial will stand as a lasting tribute, safely installed with precision and care.
